Heritage Hall is Croasdaile Village's independent living with special care apartment building.  Residents at Heritage Hall enjoy all the comforts and conveniences that Croasdaile Village has to offer with the added peace of mind that a personal assistant is there to help.


Heritage Hall has 56 apartments with gathering rooms on each floor. Residents gather in the main dining room for delicious meals served three times a day. Residents also enjoy services and amenities such as personal laundry service, housekeeping and daily activities. Outside the gathering room on the first floor is a covered porch and private garden.

The Pavilion offers 114 certified Medicare beds, 60 of which are dually certified for Medicare and Medicaid.  The Pavilion is designed with four neighborhoods, each with
its own team of Certified Nurse's Assistants and Registered Nurses.

Each neighborhood has a sitting area for residents to enjoy the company of others. 

There are Life Enrichment programs individualized for each resident and an enclosed garden for family visits and daily resident activities.

Friendship House assisted living offers
encouragement and assitance for those residents who can still do things for themselves, but may need some help. friendship

There is one staff member for every ten residents to help with bathing, grooming, dressing, medication administration and planned life enrichment programs.

Friendship House has 30 sunroomprivate rooms, each with their own bath, and an elegant dining room for meals and gathering rooms to encourage socializing.

There is an activiy room and a large enclosed garden for outside excursions and visits with family and friends.  Friendship House living still allows independence for residents but monitors their activities.
